Clip to ScrapBook #1

I teach third and I have noticed my students have a very hard time with sight words. After much research, I am going to do the Fry sight words and phrases in my classroom. I am going to send home 15 words a week for spelling words. On the page I send home, the left side has the words and the right side with have the phrase with the word in it so it is used in context (and as homework they will complete the phrases). However, in searching for the phrases, I have found two different sets of the Fry Instant Phrases. One is in 24 groups of 25 words, each phrase has three words (the first one is the little boy). The other starts with The people. I am including the two files (this post the the next post.

Does anyone know why there are two different sets of Fry phrases and if it matters which one I use?
