Today is Day 7 of my new work out schedule...It was a really worthy workout...meaning I am exhausted...legs...50 lb sumo squats, 48 lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises...dumb bell squats etc all with weights! Then 32 minutes of treadmill.

I feel good!
