Have you checked out Touch Math pdf's available online? You could provide a chart like the one below to be used on an as needed basis.

If you haven't already, provide the students with an addition chart. They could highlight th rows and columns as they master the facts. That serves more as a visual so they can see that because of the commutative property there really aren't as many facts to learn.
