I’m a little late to this conversation. I hope you are doing much better. EVERYONE starts in the same place, no matter what profession. EVERYONE is a newbie at one time. It is hard to remember this when you are the newbie, but it won’t be long before you find somewhat of a comfort zone. I am not a teacher yet, but am a medical office manager working on my teaching degree. Every time I hire someone, I see them go through this and always encourage them to know that they will do great once they find their comfort zone. I hope you rock this year!
