If you want to cover it with fabric or paper, try using glue dots! You can find them by the scrapbook stuff. You can also use these to put up border. If it's magnetic, I would just use magnets to put stuff up. If not, you may need to get creative with plastic sleeves or maybe poster putty (if it doesn't pull the color off the paper)
