We have a few m600 smart boards that recently stopped working. One of them will not let the teacher to use any touch interaction including drawing. The other allows the teacher to touch it but can't draw. Both boards have the green light. And both boards pen trays are stuck on the white light under the pen. We have tried everything we could think of.. any suggestions would be great!
