certification would definitely be a plus. There are good areas and not so good areas in Montgomery County. The school district was ranked 4th in the state in 2018. It's a big district. They always have openings and as cruxian said, lots of applicants.

It is an expensive area to live in, and traffic in the area is frequently bad.
