For the one, poor child, you know the drill: document, document, document. Are you the only teacher at your grade level? If not, can some of the pain be spread out to other teachers?

I’ve had a few years like that. Depending upon the culture of your school and your admin, try being the squeaky wheel. At least, you might get a para in there to help. Maybe from an outside organization?
