I'd love some ideas on how you have the kiddos manage their class jobs if jobs were to change on a daily basis. I personally like having my "Helper" do all jobs for the week and s/he has a shadow who takes the reigns the next week or subs if the "helper" is absent. We will be doing responsive classroom this year and I understand every student has a job each day that changes? How do the kids self-manage this? I really don't want to add that to my responsibilities...TIA!
