I have no experience with responsive classroom, but having a job for every child every day does not sound authentic in the least. You’re just creating busy work. And trust me, the kids will know which jobs are “for real” and which ones are just made up.

Between teaching kinder, first, and finally second, I tried all kinds of job charts. I eventually settled on one person each day got to do everything. If they needed help, they could choose anyone they wanted.
