I tried a couple years to have daily jobs. It was so much more work for me, that I quit. Now, I have a helper of the day (ABC order), they do everything. Some days there are more responsibilities than others. It's fair, it's easy, everyone is happy. Also, my helper gets to choose our morning meeting question of the day, they love it.
