I scheduled meetings three times a week. Then twice a week. Then once a week. Then I stopped. I saw five kids the whole time. Five. Our of 85.
One kid has done NOTHING the entire time. He also doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Friday is the last day kids can turn in work. He messages me MONDAY to ask how he can pass 8th grade. He’s in full panic mode. He went into fourth nine weeks hovering at around a 50% and needed this nine weeks to pass. Then did nothing.
“I need help with the work, but then you stopped having meeting.” My head almost exploded.
