Wow that's so awful. When I was a student I don't think it ever would have occurred to me to tell on a teacher at all, unless it was an abuse type thing.

The lying sounds almost psychopathic. Lying to get out of trouble is one thing.... She def needs to be called on it and her parents should be told too. They are raising a liar and a bully, and something needs to change quick for this girl. Scary.
