My goal said something like, "By the June 1, 2012 assessment window, 100% of the students in my classroom will be reading at a Fountas and Pinnell Guided Reading level M, as scored on the running record assessment." Since it has to be measurable, I had to use running records, because that is our only common assessment for reading.
