That is not fair to your mom at all. I believe as a sub a district( or at least any of the ones I have worked for) doesn’t give me a penalty or charge for cashing these in. The notice made no mention of that if they did do that, and you figure they would waive it in these trying times. I guess I’ll take anything I can get right now, but as I’m thinking it will take another month to get any kind of unemployment( I’ve given up on the stimulus check until the late summer, if it ever comes), I was really counting on a little more here. Luckily I have some savings, but UI better come through next month.
