I can't wait to try it. I have 2 extremely defiant children who have had to be removed from the room at times. The trainer told me to try whispering in their ear about how we would have to discuss whatever behavior it was that they were doing later. I could hardly believe that it worked and totally diffused the situation! It was too simple!
I have ordered the book. Thanks for all your feedback!
