Okay Ladies...I am 5 pounds from my goal! I weighed in today and have lost 65 pounds since April 23rd! Love!

Today's work out was all about legs...yep I have two but feel like I should have at least 5..alternating lunges and walking lunges and leg extensions and calf raises egads...I am sore!

My trainer has two treads that aren't working so I tried out the bike/spinner..talk about different muscles! "It is good to change it up" says the trainer! It did feel good...afterward!
