I'd love to hear suggestions (outside of just alcohol ).

Now seriously, I think self-care is very important. I wasn't too aware of it at first, but one of the mental health counselors at my site would ask me about my self-care every week or so and it really made me think about what I do for myself. Now it's more part of my routine.

Here is what I do on a regular basis:
  • play my piano or my guitar
  • go on to (my favorite website for wasting time)
  • get outdoors and walk with my husband or ride my bike
  • go to the gym
  • do puzzles
  • turn my work email off when I'm on the computer for fun
  • nap
  • see my therapist every other week (I see her for non-work related issues, but just talking about stuff helps.)
I'm curious what other people do!
