Okay ladies...I am super stoked...

Today I started my 5 day a week workouts! It was so much fun...well not fun...but good to be there...it is me and 2 other ladies, one being my niece and one a co-worker that I adore...we are looking for 2 more people!

Today we lifted for about 50 minutes...arms...and then did 40 minutes of cardio...I am pooped out! And my legs are burning!

I decided to not run during the week...but will save that for the weekend! I love it too much NOT to do it sometime!

We did a weigh in and a body fat percentage thing...I put on 1 1/2 pounds..smarty mouth trainer says "I can tell when you have eaten something you shouldn't have" What a nerd! lol...he is right on but I didn't eat pizza this week! lol...Anyway...
