Clip to ScrapBook #3

It sounds to me like you are asking how to work with a student, like your duties are not as defined as you feel they should be. This is a tough spot to be in. I have had this frustration in the past, and not known where to go with it.

Who actually oversees the student's IEP or 504 Accommodations for that classroom? Is it the teacher you are asking about, or is there a special education teacher assigned to those kids? In reality, if there is a special education teacher assigned to those students, that is who you need to see. If not, then you have to find a way to make the teacher understand you are not completely sure of your duties, that you need them to be more defined.

I hope this helps. Private message me if you'd like.
