Moving to online teaching and curriculum - school/district expectations

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I'm just so frustrated at the moment - I feel like my district is asking too much of its teachers. They still want us to collect data to enter into our online grading system! And document how we are following IEPs. They seem to feel that we can totally get our kids to all sign in at the same time to listen to and interact/follow along with a lesson. That might work in districts and schools where there aren't huge families, but that's not the case here. We have some families with several children - who will all need time on devices and using internet bandwidth to complete their work. Trying to schedule that is a nightmare.

I'm curious - for other teachers out-of-school due to Coronavirus, what are your district/school expectations regarding online learning and curriculum?
