My district

Clip to ScrapBook #7

Retired teacher and sub in the district. Our teachers have been trained and prepared for e-learning days. I ran into a teacher at the local coffee truck today, and she said they had to be available from 8 to 11 and 1 to 3 each day. She was checking attendance frequently as we visited. From what I have seen on FB and Twitter, most parents are happy with the lessons. Even the music teachers have students recording their music for assessment. My friend has created some amazing lessons, and from what I have seen on Twitter, and so have other teachers. I know high school teachers are having Office hours with video calls through Google classroom. Our small district seems to be ahead of the curve. Of course, I may be prejudiced.
