yes--i would first check with the 2 4th grade teachers and ask them if it looked right. (i'm not sure i would even know that my class looked difficult...)

i would also look at my teaching partner's list and talk with her.

then i would check with the principal.

i have been at my school a very long time--that may make a difference in if others would do the same thing...
