what the previous poster said....contact your hairdresser (or ask your friends if they know someone) if they will cut your hair for you. I have done this in the past when our buisnesses were shut down after hurricanes. Your hairdresser still has bills to pay and will be happy to take your cash. You can always wear your masks and sit outside while you get your hair taken care of.
