The first couple of days during morning meeting we discuss what is expected during the greeting, sharing, and activity. I take notes on what we agree to then type them up and post for the year. Then when one of the kiddos is not with the program I refer to our agreements. It was east to find pics to go with the posters on google images. I would post mine, but I am not allowed yet...I have some more posts to go. I also do this with my bathroom routine, hallway, pencil sharpening, etc. I have found that when it is laid out in advance the year starts more smoothly. Hope this helps.
