On Monday I had a roving job assignment. They only needed me one period so I was sent into a kindergarden room to help. I helped do some grading, copying, and paper cutting as well as other jobs they needed. The teacher was very friendly and appreciative. I saw her today when I was doing dismissal after I'd subbed another class, and she asked if she could put me in for a job next week :-). Finally, hard work pays off!

Damn, we subs don't ask for much, just a few crumbs of appreciation, the affirmation of being asked back, and I'm with Augustus on better pay!!
