I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. 350 calories burned, 4.5 laps walked
It was the first time in a couple of week, I think. I've really fallen off the wagon.

Good job! Just stick with it. Map out a workout schedule and stick to it. Make sure it is realistic and at times that work for you. You can do it!
