I vote gift cards. They don't make much money and gift cards would let them treat themselves to some little luxury. I hear the TA's in my building talking about candy, and candles, and iTunes. Stuff like that.

Yep, I 2nd the gift cards. I would do someplace like Target or Starbucks or Panera.

I give a montage of places my para goes to lunch. I spend a bit too much but she is worth it!!!!!!

Gift Cards are a must with my TA!! Last year it was Barnes and Noble, this year it's an Itunes Gift Card and she is so worth it!

I also give gift cards or cash. Last year I gave a nesting box set, and the last little box had a Powerball ticket, a Lotto scratch off ticket, and a twenty dollar bill
