I am a new ELL teacher- I have been a classroom teacher for a few years- and now I will be doing K-5 pullout and I feel a wee bit on the lost side of life- with doing pull out should I have a word wall in my classroom?

Absolutely! You are doing pullout, and you have your own classroom to bring the children to? Cool, if so. Do you get the kids by grade or by level?
