Has anyone used Jacobs Ladder reading comprehension program for their Gifted and Talented groups? There are districts that are using this as a way to differentiate for their GT students. They are also using Thinking Skills in the common core as well as the cluster grouping handbook. I was just wondering if anyone has used these books?

I've been using Jacob's Ladder for a few years with my 1st-4th grade GT students. It is a great resource! One piece of advice I have for you is to pick and choose the ladder activities instead of requiring your students to complete every single one for each reading excerpt. I started off by having my students complete every rung for every ladder and they got burnt out quickly.
