Clip to ScrapBook #1

Hello! This is my first post on here. I've spent the last year and a half as a substitute while I finish my masters in elementary education. Before that I taught preschool for two years as well as nannying and other child-related jobs.

I've been applying to jobs since January and I'm losing hope. I've lost track of the number of applications I've turned in, I'd say well above 50 at this point. Most of them are for the local district where I substitute. I've had 8 interviews for 4 different positions but no offers other than a strange one in Florida (long story, tons of red flags). I'm not getting interviews for the positions/grades I really want either (1st or 2nd).

Is anyone willing to look over my cover letter and/or resume? I have so much experience and I receive many compliments on my instruction, I must be doing something wrong to not make it to the interview stage more frequently!
