Tracking Books Read

I'm interested to hear from others about whether and how you track the books kids read all year. I use reader's workshop and I typically have a book log for kids but I'm looking for something more fun and easy to keep updated for each kid. Any ideas or suggestions?

I'm interested too. We have preplanned Reader's Notebooks and they have a book log in the front. I've generally used them for kids to track what they've read each day but I'm contemplating using it only for books that they've finished next year.

I don't know that this is more fun, but I find it to be more accurate for ALL kids...I do a status of the class everyday. I believe the idea originally comes from The Book Whisperer.

I am going to have the kids use stickers to allow kids to mark books completed on one of those pasteboards that have the lines already on them.
