Please help me figure out a good way to store the books that I've printed for our leveled readers.... nothing seems to "work" in my brain. I'm sure someone has already figured this out before me!

I had plastic shoe boxes labeled with each level. Showed kids how to find level on book and box so everything got put back properly (mostly).

I just put them in large ziplocks by level. If there were a lot at any one level then I would break it into fiction/nonfiction. I then put the bags into a tub. I'd put out a few titles at each level my students were currently working at and let them self select new texts. Seemed to work fairly well and I had all levels aa-z due to working with K-8.

I have them in these https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays...Cart/136602699

I use 2 of them for all of my reading a-z books and benchmarks.

with the mini crates, I write the name and level on the wrong end of a post it note and place the post it on the cover of the first book like a tab (sticking out about 3/8".) When the next set is put in, it should also have a post it.
