Can you recommend any mystery picture books? I use CVAllsburg already and am looking for some more. All levels from 2nd up to 6th will work. I'm trying to have my students read through the genres each week and a picture book is easiest. TIA!

Flotsam by Eisner I think
One Scary Night by an Italian author. This book is wordless and has the best twist at the end.
The Graham Baese books...maybe more of a puzzle to solve than a mystery.

Unfortunately, my school library is limited on the resources, but I'm pulling what I can.

Can you borrow from the community library? Most schools have a card for their local library.

What about The Stranger -- not a typical mystery that is sloved but rather a mystery about who the stranger is.
