No, not that we really need to get an 85" TV. I've given up on that dream. No, she went off to the bedroom to watch the opening of the Today show. She said she wanted to see it because it was announced that Hoda was taking over Lauer's old spot. I laughed and said I read that this morning and thought it was a really bad idea. She agreed. I think it's more like she wants to see how the train wreck begins.

I knew all along she was a good woman.

Here I thought you might have changed your mind on The Sound of Music!

I'm getting older, but my mind hasn't gone yet.

I must agree with your prediction about Hoda in Matt's position. We'll see how it all turns out but it has disaster written all over it. Disaster just might the theme for 2018.

Just curious as to why it might be a disaster? I do not watch the morning news shows on any channel even though I am retired. I do watch Lester Holt and the evening news on NBC. Thanks.

I find it a rather pleasant change to have two women hosting a morning news show. Hoda has won an Emmy Award in 2010.

Just not Hoda. I'm still on team Curry.
