Do you start progress monitoring if composite score is close to cut risk number, mid way to benchmark or some other consideration?

We are required to progress monitor "green" kids monthly, "yellow" kids bi-weekly, and "red" kids weekly. The only kids who don't get progress monitored (unless the teacher wants to for some reason) are "blues."

We do the same thing as Haley23, but I do my blue's once a nine weeks because I want to know if they've grown any before I test them again.
