We are struggling to find a program to use for our math. We used GoMath several years ago, but now we are left with nothing. What are people using to teach the common core standards? We need a program that goes deep and is teaching us concepts.

I'm no help as we have Go Math and I hate it. I use a mix of a tiny bit of Go Math, games from our old Everyday Math program, and lots of manipulatives, games, and other things I've found online. I actually think that teaching the common core standards is fairly easy without a program - there are so many great, hands-on math activities out there for kinders. But many of my teammates don't agree.

I use their program Guiding Kinders math. It is common core aligned and uses a math workshop format where there is a whole group lesson, a partner game, and then practice after. I love it so much and what it has done for my kids in math, I actually got the 1st grade teacher to start using their first grade version as well. It gives a foundation for understanding concepts that our previous series did not. There are also supplement packs for extra practice for homework or class work , assessments, and center work for both grades. I can't say enough good things about it. It's all on tpt.

I loved EveryDay Math (I still teach it, actually) and I hate Stepping Stones.

We utilize Eureka Math.

It is a program that goes deep & has higher order thinking embedded.

It is great for teaching Common Core, but my state doesn't teach Common Core

Eureka Math is FREE!!!

My large district implemented it this year.

I am very impressed with how much my students' mathematical thinking has developed compared to previous years.
