Clip to ScrapBook #1

I inherited a whiteboard. The teacher that had it before me used washi tape & duct tape. It was not in good shape, so I peeled it off. Now there is a gummy sticky residue left. I would normally use Goo-Gone but Iím worried about it ruining the whiteboard finish. Please help - TIA

I treat my whiteboards at the end of every school year with WD40. It helps make it easier to clean as it ages. So it would be safe to use it to remove the residue.

Happy cleaning!
