People, please. Did any of you really click on this thread thinking you could offer any alternative to sublimely satisfying sugary sweet perfection that is chocolate, cookies, ice cream and yes, in a pinch, cupcakes?

Still, life would be so much better if something could fill that void. Maybe apples? No. Apples with a half-inch thick coating of caramel. It's a fruit.

peanut butter on graham crackers tastes like Nutter Butter Cookies

my go to is peanut butter on bananas and sometimes a sprinkle of sweetened shredded coconut

just sharing after eating way to many fake Thin Mints aka Keebler Grasshoppers

I clicked in order to answer there is none! I accept that fruit, peanut butter etc is the healthier alternative. I do not accept that it tastes as good!

Peanut M&Ms. Peanuts are healthy. And there's just enough chocolate.... And I'm heading to get some now!

Cheesecake. I buy a 2-piece package at Aldi for $1.99. Hey, if I only have 2 pieces, I won't be eating the whole cheesecake.

I’m with mrsd: M&Ms. Substitutions don’t work for me.

Dark chocolate covered almonds from TJ. Lots of antioxidants in dark chocolate, and nuts are considered healthy.

DIY Magic Shell

So I like to melt some coconut oil, then add in dark cacao powder and some maple syrup. Stir. Then pour over something frozen. I like to do frozen blueberries or frozen mango chunks. As coconut oil hardens when it's cold, it hardens and turns into DIY Magic Shell. yum and chocolatey

Strangely enough... a dill pickle. Takes the sweet cravings away for me. I buy a jar of the tiny dills and leave it front and center in the fridge.
(Now if I could just keep a jar in the freezer, next to the ice cream, )
