Crest strips...the expensive ones (I think they are around $60.00). Recommended by my dentist. I tried the generic and they do not work as well.

Crest strips from Costco. I'm addicted to bleaching!

Crest Strips.
And I just started using an electric toothbrush with Colgate Whitening toothpaste and have noticed a huge difference!

Crest strips, yes the expensive ones, work the best. My tech said to do it for just three days the beginning of each month to maintain the whiteness.

The Costco pack has two sets in it: an hour a day for 7 days and half an hour a day for 14 days.

The 30 minute ones really don't bother me...maybe the second day, they're a little more sensitive, but it goes away quickly. The hour a day ones bother me more...maybe for 3 days? But my teeth get over it quickly.
