Our deck is in sad shape. We are thinking of using a deck restore product, but have seen quite a few new products out there and aren't sure if they last. Has anyone ever used one of them? Bad/good results? Thanks!

My friend has talked about using this product. I think its good to use if a deck just need refinishing but not if the wood is deteriorating or rotting. At that point the deck needs to be replaced or put in a brick patio which lasts forever! A great win for us and my potted tomatoes grow taller than me in the summer! Yay!

We have used Thompson's on our decks. They need to be checked to be certain the are structurally sound. Follow directions on container. Be sure to wear shoes as the chemicals are not good for your feet.
