Food for game night

I am hosting a small game night (6 people total) and I am looking for recipes for the main food of the evening!

The last time this group got together, I put together a taco bar, which was a huge hit. I would like to do something different, though.

The group is overall pretty health conscious and we have one member with a dairy allergy. That's why the taco bar was really nice...that person could skip the cheese if they wanted!

Any ideas and suggestions will be happily accepted!

What about a baked potato bar? There are so many foods that taste good with a baked potato. Everyone can build their own!

or

What about a big pasta salad that includes a protein? If it has cheese you can put that on the side to be added. Serve sliced cantaloupe or watermelon as your side. With this one you can prepare everything in advance and your house will not be too warm from baking potatoes.

You can bake potatoes in a crock pot, too so you don't get the oven heat.

How about a green salad bar and one or two crockpots with healthy and yummy soups. A basket with a loaf of crusty frenchbread and bon appetit!
