I used to love The Gap, but they stopped carrying petite sizes in stores. Loft is one of the few who still has petite sizes in the store. I hate shopping online; I return everything!

I'll say the same that I said for someone a week or two ago looking for jeans. I'm 5'3", so if pants come in S, R, or T, I can fit into the S length without having to hem them more. You may have to just get all your pants hemmed at the cleaners, unfortunately.

I've loved Diane Gilman (aka the Queen of jeans) from HSN for years and they come in S, R, T and their prices are good:

Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor outlet and Ann Taylor loft. Macy's used to have petite jeans but now they are hard to find.
If Talbots has a really good sale like 70% off I will buy petite pants there.

I also look for "boot cut" jeans because they are shorter.

I usually get mine at Talbot's. They have a good petite's section.

I get mine from Dillards. JCP has Alfred Dunner P jeans. Macy's also carry that brand.

My mom finds petite pants at Penneyís, Kohlís, Talbotís, Dillardís, Belk, and Dress Barn. A lot of places only carry petite to a size 12 or 14. I need an 18 petite, which is harder to find.
