Slow week for jobs.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I'd had a very weak selection of jobs this week for some reason.

Could it be due to the holidays and a three day weekend?

Not digging this.

I took 3 and a half weeks off for Christmas and there were lots of jobs this week when the kids went
back, I think most are illnesse related.

Guess I'm just having a bit of a dry spell.

I'm only seeing jobs I like the morning of this week...

Iíve been very busy this week and half of last week, due to the flu making its way through the ranks.

I had 3 days booked

Preplanned - one day medical and two days for a conference. I dropped them when hubby broke his leg on 12/26. I'm hoping jobs start coming in for next week, though. I've only got two booked this month so far.

We have had snow days, staff days, water issues, holidays . . . just a general run of days not needing subs.

Snow Days Here

Snow days and holidays have made for jobless days here too. Feeling sort of bummed, but went ahead and looked back at my aesop history from last time this year and I guess it's just par for the course. I have a few pre-booked for next week, but so far guess I get to be a full time sahm until things pick back up again. It's been kind of nice to take my 4 year olds sledding though, so there's a shimmering snowy lining!

January is the slowest month to sub but not this year and every day I subbed in January it was because a teacher got sick AT school!
