Hey Canadian Teachers! Who else is wrapped up in a quilt and watching the Scotties with me? Report cards and curriculum letters are done, done, done and I just want to vegetate.

We have had the Scotties on all weekend! My husband curls so it's a big deal in our house, lol!

Hi Paddlegurl. Nice to know that someone else out there is watching with me. My husband curls 2-3 times a week (2 men leagues and mixed) and I curl once a week in a mixed league. I used to curl twice a week but my ladies team fell apart when everyone started having babies.

We will be watching all next weekend. I like watching the ladies. There seems to be a lot more interesting ends compared to the men's Brier.

It's nice to see that someone else enjoys watching curling! My husband will watch it whenever it's on, I joke that I only watch "high stakes curling" (the Scotties, Brier, etc - when they're playing for something important.) I enjoy watching the ladies more as well - there are some really good young teams. I've never curled but would like to try it out someday, my husband does enough for both of us right now!
