TpT question

I posted this originally on the Advertisements board- but I don't think that board is frequented- hope someone can give me advice!

I am a seller on TpT (only sell a few things!) and a buyer sent me a message that she bought the wrong grade level item and would like me to send her the correct grade level. My instinct is just to say "sure!" and send it to her, but I'm wondering if this is a bad precedent to start. Also- as the questions come through TpT, I have no idea how to send it to her directly. Any experienced sellers who could help me?

Two options:
1: Ask TpT to give her a refund, inform the buyer and ask her to purchase the correct grade level.
2. Ask the buyer for her email and send her the correct grade level file.

Hope this helps!

Have you checked out the seller's forum on TpT? You can ask a ton of TpT-specifc advise and get a great response.
