Does anyone do sight words with pictures? I found a product that does this Snap Words - but it is costly. If so, please share and tell me about it. Look for ways to practice with my granddaughter. Thank you

How old is your granddaughter? It is fine to use pictures initially for sightwords as a scaffold but I would be sure to take away the pictures and just do the words fairly quickly. A child can become dependent on the pictures/just learn the pictures and therefore not be able to read the words when they are in books.

You could google Biffytoons, which is the Whole Brain Teaching method. There is a picture representing an action that goes with each word. When I use them, we do kind of a chant that incorporates the action, such as "THE! T-H-E THE!" while we do the action. That was we get the action connected to the letters and not just the picture. They have games and things associated with the Biffytoons for free, too. I think I had to create an account to get to them, but I'm certain I didn't pay for it.
