Hi everyone, I am starting to organize the gingerbread man exchange again. If you and your students are interested, please pm me or respond below. I will be happy to provide you with more details. We did this last year and it was a lot of fun! I say the more the merrier. Let me know if you have any questions!

I haven't heard about the gingerbread man exchange. Just the name sounds like fun, but would you mind giving a quick overview of what the project entails?

Thanks!

Sure!! What happens is you create paper gingerbread men that represent your state. For example, I teach in NJ- we make gingerbread men that have blueberries, Jersey shore pictures, etc. on our man. Then, we send them out to the other classes that are participating in the exchange with a letter talking about your class and state. It is really awesome to get gingerbread men back from all over the US. Depending on how many classes sign up, thats how many gingerbread men your class needs to make.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi there!
I have participated in your exchanges in the past, but am really late in responding this year. Am I too late? We are from PA and would love to participate if possible.
Thanks!
