Kabobs on the grill

I've never done this before. I hope I'm doing it right. I loaded my skewers with chicken, different colored peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, and pineapple chunks.I marinated all of that in a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce for an hour before skewering. I just put them on the grill like that. Any tips from experts?

It was good. And the best thing was, it was only 3 weightwatcher points, and that was because of the brown sugar and pineapple juice marinate. I didn't think that DH would like it, since it was not beef, but he liked it too.

We make ours that way, too. They always turn out well!

I love making kabobs! So easy to make, and very little clean up. Here’s my fave:

I love Kabobs! That sounds like a delicious recipe!

We have them so often that I bought metal skewers so I don't have to soak the bamboo ones. My bamboo skewers always burned - even after soaking them!
