Gym closed - alternatives?

My gym has closed, as have so many other places. I am fairly new to exercising (since January). I’ve been really consistent and I’ve discovered that if I skip a day, I’m likely to slack off. I’m looking for workouts I can do at home (besides walking outside) with no real equipment. Suggestions? YouTube links appreciated!

Search jessicasmithtv on YouTube. She has more than 400 videos of varying difficulty levels. She also has variety like cardio, strength, barre, etc. With over 400 videos, I'm sure you can find something you like. She also has a French bulldog named Peanut who is in a lot of the videos, which I consider a plus!

Look up fitness blender on youtube. Tons of free stuff and you can choose from a variety of difficulty levels and lengths of workout, or target certain muscle groups. I've joked that I'm going to get so bored I might start working out again .

I have Beachbody, as well. It would be perfect for this time.

Planet Fitness Workout

I am not a member of Planet Fitness. but on my Facebook feed, it says that they are doing a 20 minute workout for all at 7 P.M. Eastern time (back it up to your time if you live in another zone). It says it will be live streamed, so I am going to take a look.

I also like the videos with Anna Renderer on Popsugar on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/user/popsugartvfit

I think you can also access the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels. I think this link has the three different leveled DVDs she originally did: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeE8b8n1Jtc

I do a Walk and Tone class at my gym. Here is a link to some workouts I found. I have not personally tried any of these. https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...=Walk+and+Tone

I am missing my gym, too!

I saw that they are offering a 90 day free trial of their app. They have yoga and body weight strength workouts you could do. They also have meditation 'workouts'.

Peloton App!!! I have had it for over a year and LOVE it. Only $12 a month and I get everything - bike, yoga, tread, walking (outside), running, meditation, strength, stretching and monthly "programs." I do have a spin bike I got off Amazon that was around $300. Cannot beat it plus now you can stream it off the Firestick!

If you like musc and shaking what your mama gave you, try Body Groove on youtube. I don't feel like I'm exercising, but I work up a nice sweat. Dances are generally about 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Oh, and you don't have to be too coordinated. I'm living proof!

PSA: A gallon of water weighs 8 lbs if you need weights.

Google TV workouts.
They're really fun.
You watch your favorite tv show and do the exercises assigned to each character/ plot action.
(For example, when zombies appear on the screen, you do arm punches or run in place.)

Down dog apps are free until April first. They have many options, but my favorite is the 7 Minute Workout app. You can do it right in your living room!
